At Dansko, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a pre-paid shipping label to ensure a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the request.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
